The Gathering 2026
The Story so Far
If you missed last year's Gathering, or need to remind yourself of what happened: here are the minutes from the meeting and key things that happened.
1
The Death of Dracula
Dracula, Father of all Vampires was killed, leaving the Great Vampiric Council without a leader.
2
The Gathering
The surviving Houses put aside their differences to meet and elect a new leader. The Gathering was overseen by the demon Eosphorous.
3
Brightwell vs Sutherland
Esfer Sutherland, of the Sutherlanders attended to seek acceptance from the other Houses who have historically hated the new strain of Vampires. The Lord Brightwell and Sutherland fought a duel that ended in Sutherland outrageously staking Lord Brightwell in the arm.
4
Lady Orloff Snubs Baron Polidores
During the Gathering, Baron Vito Polidores of the Caligars declared his undying love for the Lady Orloff, with a poem of his own creation. His proposal was snubbed.
5
The Order of the Undying Flame
The Gathering was infiltrated by members of the Undying Flame, sent to kill the vampires. The Order only sent two hunters, who were promptly dealt with by the Council, with the second being thrown from the bridge to her death.
6
The Council Elects Orloff
The votes from the public, and the Council were totalled and the Lady Orloff was crowned as the new leader of the Great Vampiric Council, to the disgust of the Brightwells, and indifference of the Caligars and Sutherlanders.
